OneFrame Labs is a studio operated from Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico. This policy explains in plain language what information we receive from you, what we use it for, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we receive

Only what you give us when you choose to contact us:

• Your name.
• Your email or WhatsApp number, depending on how you want us to reply.
• Whatever you tell us about your company and the work you want handled.

If you message us on WhatsApp, we also receive the content of that conversation and the number you write from, the same as in any chat.

What we use it for

Only to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to carry out that work. Nothing else.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not share it with third parties for advertising.
• We do not add you to any mailing list unless you ask for it.

Where it lives

This site is hosted on Vercel. Messages you send through the form pass through our own server and land in our inbox. Access is limited to whoever operates the studio.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages while there is an ongoing conversation or project. If you ask us to delete them, we do.

How to ask us to delete it

Write to ikersanchez@oneframelabs.com asking us to delete your information and we will. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct anything that is wrong.

Changes to this policy

If we change something, we update the date above. The version in force is always the one on this page.
